Introducing our NEW Yoga Teacher Training Series brought to you by our newest addition of Instructors, Jennifer Salerno & Cicily Weaver from Reset & Renew Yoga.


Deepen your Yoga Practice on our liberating path of self-discovery. In our Yoga teacher training program, you will embark on an empowering journey; not only will you learn foundational yoga principals and teaching skills, but you will also dive into the depths of your intellectual and emotional self for a life-changing experience. This unique program will awaken your soul and elevate you to the highest version of self.

Our programs are designed to facilitate growth of your character to create a strong balance of mind, body, and soul. We build a foundation of self-understanding and self-love. As a result of the unparalleled structure of our programs, our trainees grow into strong teachers and mindful individuals. Whether you are looking to find yourself and deepen your own practice, or you desire to be an instructor and spread this beautiful practice, you will leave our program with the confidence to take on the world.

Reset & Renew Yoga offers 200-Hour and 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Courses. Both are offered locally, and as out-of-country immersion courses. All of our programs are accredited with Yoga Alliance.

For the Spring and Summer of 2019, YTT will be following these class formats:

Zakti Vinyasa
Zakti: “positive energy, strength, power and potential”. 
This powerful vinyasa class will take you on an empowering journey. It will awaken your soul, challenge your body, build strength and elevate you to the highest version of self. In this heated class, students will integrate breath with continuous movement. You will be challenged with creative and edgy flows, using mindful techniques to dig deeper into the mind to cultivate space for personal growth and liberation.

Vikāra Yin
Vikāra: “change, transformation, change of mind or purpose”. 
This class will help you feel compassion for yourself as you settle into sensation, shed the heaviness and allow the beautiful opportunity of transformation to take place. The instructor will hold space for powerful transformation, utilizing meditative techniques and long-held, passive postures. Our carefully structured sequence of postures will stretch long, deep connective tissues to enhance flexibility and greater flow of Prana.

Atman Vinyasa
Atman: “the true self of an individual beyond identification, essence, breath, soul”.
This slower paced, deep connection, sensation based vinyasa class is designed to allow students to look within. Practiced with eyes closed, or blindfolded (optional), will create a deep internal connection. Allowing you to FEEL, and let go of physical esthetics to go in a place of pure empathy through movement. This internal connection heightens your other senses and awareness of self, creating harmony between mind, body and soul.

March 27, April 3, April 10, April 17, April 24, May 1, May 8, May 15, May 22, May 29, June 5, June 12, June 19, June 26.

Both Sections(Sundays) - 9am-5pm on the following dates: March 24, April 7, April 21, May 5, May 19, June 2, June 16, June 30(Graduation).


Section 2: Tuesday & Wednesday from 5:30pm-9:30pm AND every other Sunday 9-5pm on the following dates:

March 26 & 27, April 2 & 3, April 9 & 10, April 16 & 17, April 23 & 24, April 30 & May 1, May 7 & 8, May 14 & 15, May 21 & 22, May 28 & 29, June 4 & 5, June 11 & 12, June 18 & 19, June 25 & 26.

Both Sections(Sunday) - 9am-5pm on the following dates: March 24, April 7, April 21, May 5, May 19, June 2, June 16, June 30(Graduation).
